4 Half Days, 8:30-12:30 PM: $1050/month
4 Full Days, 8:30-3:00 PM: $1180/month
5 Half Days, Daily, M-F, 8:30-12:30 PM: $1205/month
5 Full Days, Daily, M-F, 8:30-3:00 PM: $1350/month
Before-school care
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM, $6/day or $120/month (5 days/week) $100/month (4 days/week)
After-school care
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM no charge (free pick-up window)
3:16 PM - 4:00 PM $12/day or $245/month (5 days/week) $205/month (4 days/week)
Additional Fees and Information
Application Fee, non-refundable: $75
This is a one-time application fee per child. This fee is due when the enrollment application is turned in.
Annual Registration Fee, non-refundable: $300/year
The registration fee is due at the time when the tuition contract is signed. It will then be deducted from the first month’s tuition. If enrolling after the first of February, the current year’s fee is prorated to $150. (But this does not affect the fee for the following year).
The parents of current students who wish to be enrolled for the following year should fill out the new tuition contract and pay the following year’s registration fee as soon as possible to ensure that space is available. For the 2024-25 school year and for subsequent years, the deadline for re-enrollment will be July 31.
Annual Materials Fee, non-refundable: $300/year
This fee purchases all materials the child will use for the school year, and it is due with the child’s first month’s tuition. If enrolling after the first of February, the fee is prorated to $150.
Parents are responsible for the full monthly tuition even if the child misses days due to illness, vacation, or other family obligations. Children do not have the option of "trading" or "making up" missed days. Thirty days written notice is required before withdrawing a child from the school, or else the month’s tuition is still due in full.
Checks should be payable to Mi Escuelita Montessori, LLC. If you prefer to pay by an electronic method, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you.
Discounts:
We offer a 10% sibling discount. If the two siblings are enrolled in different schedules, the discount applies to the less-expensive plan. This discount applies to the monthly tuition payments only; it does not apply to the registration fees, materials fees, before and after school care, etc.
Tuition Rate Increase:
Tuition will likely increase each year to keep pace with inflation, cost-of-living increases, minimum-wage requirements, etc.
Payment due dates to be aware of:
(1.) Tuition payments are due in advance on the first business day of the month and will be considered late as of the 5th of each month, after which a late fee of $50 will be automatically assessed on the following month’s invoice.
(2.) For children in the State scholarship program, the parents’ portion of the bill will be due on the first business day of the month as described in (1) and will be considered late as of the 5th of each month, after which a late fee of $50 will be automatically assessed on the following month’s invoice. The parents’ portion is the difference between the total bill and the amount paid by the state. Any discrepancies between the amount that the state agreed to pay and the amount that the state paid will be adjusted for in the following month’s invoice.
(3.) Any check returned for insufficient funds will incur a penalty of $25.
(4.) If the tuition is more than two weeks late, we reserve the right to dismiss your child and offer his/her place to another child on the waitlist.
